Elizabeth A. (Kurtz) Karte, age 88, of Main Street, Hellertown PA, formerly of Juniata Street, Allentown PA, died Sunday, April 18, 2004 at the Inpatient Hospice Division of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown PA. She was the Widow of the late Edward H. Karte.

Born in Bethlehem PA, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Laura (Anthony) Kurtz. She was a Homemaker the majority of her life. She was of the Lutheran Faith.

She is survived by her Sons, David R. Karte of Hellertown PA and Wallace E. Karte of Zionsville PA; Brother, William Kurtz of Bethlehem PA; Sister, Geraldine Dillard of Bethlehem PA; 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown PA.
