Carl F. Kagel, age 100, of Hellertown PA, died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at VNA Hospice House at St. Luke's, Lower Saucon Township PA. He was the Widower of the late Anna (Wargo) Kagel.

Born in Catasaqua PA, he is the son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Suppan) Kagel. Carl worked at the Bethlehem Steel in the HD Machine Shop for many years until retirement. He was the former Justice of the Peace and he and his son-in-law William managed the Plaza Bowling Lanes all in Hellertown. He was a Member of the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Hellertown.

He is survived by his Daughter, Gloria M., wife of William Scheidler of Hellertown PA; Brother, Edward of Hellertown PA; Sister, Elizabeth Crock of Northampton PA; 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Family and Friends are invited to call 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown. The Service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home followed by a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at the Church. The interment will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem PA.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, 1408 Easton Rd., Hellertown PA 18055 and/or the VNA Hospice House at St. Luke's, 2455 Black River Road, Bethlehem PA 18015 and/or a Charity of one's Choice.
