Doris Mae (Grim) Willoretta Paoloni, age 79, of the Easton Nursing Center, Easton PA, formerly of Hellertown PA, died Sunday, April 22, 2007 at her residence. She is the wife of the late John A. Paolini and John Willoretta.

Born in Allentown PA, January 1, 1928, she is the daughter of the late Earle F. and Marie (Bennicuff) Grim. Doris worked as a Cafeteria Worker for the Saucon Valley School District from 1976 - 1988 and attended the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Hellertown PA.

She is survived by her Sons, John E. Willoretta and his wife Kathryn W. of Hamburg PA, Andrew J. Paolini of Spring Mills PA, William J. Paolini of Hellertown PA and Robert Gover of King George VA; Daughters, Mary Ann, wife of Richard Szy of Palm Bay FL, Sandra Paolini of Spring Mills PA and Carol Paolini of Hellertown PA; Brother, Thomas Grim and his wife Rhita of Sandyville WV; Sisters, Lois Grim and Bette Stout, both of Allentown PA; Sister-in-Law, Bernice Grim of Allentown PA; 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. She is predeceased by her Daughter Ida M. Gover; Brother, Kenneth Grim; and Sister, Joan Reynolds.

Family and Friends are invited to call 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2007 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA followed by a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at the Church. The interment will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem PA.
