Grace Elizabeth (Hinkel) Gardner, age 78, of Lower Saucon Township PA, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006 in her home. She is the wife of the late Robert D. Gardner, Sr., 2001.

Born in Riegelsville PA, she is the daughter of the late Floyd A. and Helen M. (Bortz) Hinkel. Grace was a life long Farmer and also worked as a Seamstress for various textile factories for over 40 years until retirement. She was a member of Lower Saucon United Church of Christ, Hellertown PA.

She is survived by her Sons, Robert D. Gardner, Jr. and his wife Jane of Danielsville PA and Richard D. Gardner and his wife Cynthia of Freemansburg PA; Sister, Lois, wife of Anthony August of Bethlehem PA; 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2006 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. Family and Friends may call 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow services at the Lower Saucon Cemetery, Lower Saucon Township.
