Ann C. Amato, age 85, of Slatington PA, formerly of Bethlehem PA, died Saturday, November 5, 2005 in the Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Coopersburg PA. She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Amato.

Born in Bethlehem PA, Ann was the daughter of the late Eli and Maria (Mauser) Oscavich. She worked in various textile mills in the Lehigh Valley as a Presser before retiring.

She is survived by her Daughters, Shelly A. Hendricks of Slatington PA and Melissa D. Ruddock of Virginia; Son, Thomas M. Amato of Bethlehem PA; Sisters, Elsie Werkheiser of Hellertown PA, Olga Oscavich of Allentown PA and Marylou Hottel of Allentown PA; and 6 Grandchildren.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the Family. Ther are no Calling Hours. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Schnecksville PA.
