Floyd C. Allem, age 66, of Springtown PA, died Thursday, February 20, 2002 at the St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. He was the Husband of Alice J. (Balliet) Allem. The couple celebrated their 47th Wedding Anniversary last June.

Born in Almont PA, he was the son of the late Floyd and Naomi (Deetz) Allem. He was a Supervisor at Magnesium Elektron, Flemington NJ for 40 years, retiring in 2000. He attended the Ebenezer New Reformed Church, Bingen, Lower Saucon Township PA. He was a Member of the Springtown Rod & Gun Club.

He is survived by his Wife; Sons, Floyd C. "JR" Allem of Hellertown PA and Richard W. Allem of Harleysville PA; Sisters, Blanche Trunk of Allentown PA, Lillian Ramsay of Northampton PA, Ruth Hevalow of Trainer PA and Judy Smith of Allentown PA; and 3 Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2002 in the Ebenezer New Reformed Church, 3211 Bingen Road, Bethlehem PA. Family and Friends may call 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Church. Interment in Springtown Cemetery, Springfield Township PA. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Hellertown PA.
