Dear June, Kim and Travis,

You certainly did your husband and Dad proud with the uplifting memorial service you arranged for him. We're sure he was well pleased. You 'kids' were wonderful in expressing your feelings, too. You certainly knew your Dad.

Faith has sustained us these past years as we faced several sudden losses of loved ones. We are blessed to have it, as are you.

Warner was a wonderful man, and we're proud to have had him in our lives.

God bless.

Love,
Les & John Farrell

June,

I first met Warner in 1982 when I moved to Louisville, KY as a District Manager for Air Products. In my first managerial assignment, I found Warner to be very helpful and patient. Whenever I needed his help, he was there. He became my friend. Over the years, we had continued the friendship and I will mourn his loss. Warner was a good man!

June,

I'm sorry that I never had the pleasure to meet you.

I wish express my deepest sympathy for your tremendous loss. I was very shaken by the terrible news of Warner's untimely passing.

I currently work for Air Liquide and was formerly employed by Praxair (aka Union Carbide). Warner was my competitor, but I also considered him my friend. Like Warner, I too managed the production facilities in the Western US. We met via the joint venture Board meetings for the Procal plant.

I have very fond memories of our precious limited time together. Warner was a great mentor to all of us. He earned our deep respect as a man of honor and integrity. He led by example and was always supportive of our development. We always knew exactly were he stood. He didn't use smoke and mirrors; and strings were never attached. He truly was a man of strength and character. I admired Warner and will continue to think of him often.

God Bless
Ross
