Mary Z. (Zimmerman) Cesanek, age 84, of Neffs PA, died Sunday, September 9, 2007 in her home. She was the wife of the late Joseph D. Cesanek and William R. Vaughn.

Born in Lansford PA, July 3, 1923, Mary was the daughter of the late Charles and Daisy (Smith) Zimmerman. She was employed as a Nurse's Aid at Cedarbrook, South Whitehall Township PA, for 12 years before retiring. A good citizen, Mary was recognized by local elected officials for consistently voting in all elections for the last 55 years.

She is survived by her Daughters, Barbara V. Seth and her husband Fred of Seaford DE, Mary V. Lazor and her husband Michael of Milton PA, Susan V. Wavrek of Schnecksville PA and Deborah J. Vaughn at home; Sister, Harriet Bachman of Elizabethtown PA; Brother, Allen Zimmerman of Cetronia PA; Grandchildren, Diane, Donna, Glenn, Adam and Cora; and 7 Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm. Thursday, September 13, 2007 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville PA. Family and Friends may call 12:30 - 1:00 pm. Thursday in the Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown PA.
