Minnie E. Ravier, 91, of Lower Saucon Twp. died Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke's, Lower Saucon Twp. She is the wife of the late Charles J. Ravier (died March 21, 1982).

Born in Spring Valley on January 24, 1917, she is the daughter of the late Wallace C. and Jennie Mae (Sloyer) Eisenhart. Minnie was a Crossing Guard for Lower Saucon Twp. in the 50's and 60's and is a member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Twp. and a life member of the Spring Valley Sportsmen's Association, Ladies Aux.

Survivors: Sons: Robert E. and his wife Kay of Center Valley, James L. and his wife Karole of Allentown; Daughters: Barbara S. wife of Allan H. Richards of Hudson, NC, Sandra L. Frey, with whom she resided; Grandchildren: John "JC", James, Carreen, Jennifer, Sara Ravier; Great Grandchildren: Joshua and Robert Ravier and Jacquelyn Farrell; Great Great Granddaughter: Jinayza Ravier; Many nephews and nieces.

Services: Family and friends are invited to call 11:00 - 12 noon Monday, March 24, 2008 at the Church, 3233 Apples Church Road, Bethlehem, followed by services at 12 noon with the Rev. Tricia A. McMackin, officiating. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown is in charge of arrangements.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial considerations to the Church, 3233 Apples Church Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015 and or the VNA Hospice at St. Luke's, 1510 Valley Center Parkway, Bethlehem 18017.

Minnie was a special aunt. She was a source of strength and poise- always a lady. She gave love effortlessly and will forever be loved and missed.
