John was always courteous and nice to me and protected me from my big bad brother, Tom. One of the things I remember most was that he sold me my first BB gun for $2, and I ended up shooting out the grainery windows in our barn. That caused me to get a huge beating from my Father. John made a big impact in many lives, and he will be missed. My deepest sympathy for your loss.

Dad, you were only in my life for 19 short years. In that time I have learned so much from you. Your love of family and friends was amazing. I want to thank you for accepting Kristin & I with open arms, and for giving us your wonderful son, Scott. I will miss your smile and the love you gave to us all. Your love will remain forever in our hearts. xoxo
