Robert C. Palumbo, 66, of Coplay, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009, in his residence. He was the husband of Donna E. (Conlon) Palumbo. The couple celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary last May 14th.

Born in Brooklyn, New York on September 6, 1942, he is the son of the late Anthony & Veronica (Masur) Palumbo. He worked as a Sanitation Worker for the New York City Department of Sanitation for 22 years before retiring in 1995. Robert loved to play billiards.

Survivors: in addition to his loving wife; son Michael A. at home; sisters Carrie Cavallo of Brooklyn, NY, Marilyn Ingoglia of Lady Lakes, Florida; brother Louis A. of Boynton Beach, Florida; beloved dogs Bella & Pork Chop.

Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2009, in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, PA, with The Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith officiating. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
