Lois E. Adams, 63, of Bethlehem, died Saturday, March 28, 2009 at the Pottstown Medical Center. She is the wife of the late James D. Adams.

Born in Easton on September 28, 1945 to the late William and Anna (Heath) Dunlap.

Survivors: Children, Cindy L. of San Jose CA, Daniel J. and his wife Tracy of Scappoose OR, Mark D. and his wife Gina of Hellertown PA and Kimberly Ann Murphy of Limerick PA; Sister, Emma, wife of Fred Ebner of Easton PA; 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers, Bill and Bob, and sisters Iola Dunlap and Thelma Dankel.

Services: Family and friends are invited to call 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the funeral home followed by the service at 8 p.m. Private graveside service at Hellertown Union Cemetery.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association.

I will always miss seeing your smiling face when I come up to the cafe for my rice krispie treat. You really brightened my evening with your simple "hello mary". RIP miss lois, I will always remember you and to the family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Keep your heads up. She was a great woman, always was and always will be.

I am a student at Northampton Community College and Lois was always there at the time I was for the lunch/dinner shift. She was always very very kind to me and I wish nothing but the best for the family in this rough time.

i love so much and i cant believe you're with pop. this makes my heart smile for both of you. i only regret that you never got to meet Zula Kaye and Anita. I know they would have loved you as much as i do. anyway to the both of yous i love you and i will see you again someday in the happy hunting ground.
