Harold R. Neith, 81, of Center Valley, died April 15, 2009 at VNA Hospice House of St. Luke's, Lower Saucon Twp. He is the husband of Geraldine E. (Reiss) Neith. Born in Bethlehem on September 20, 1927 to the late William H. Neith and Minnie (Rothenberg) Kramer. Harold worked in the Ore Handling Department of the Bethlehem Steel for 42.5 years, retiring in 1991. He served his country honorably during World War II in the United States Army; was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Dewey Fire Company, and the Edward H. Ackerman Post #397, all of Hellertown. Survivors: In addition to his loving wife of 55 years last September 5th; Daughters, Terry L. wife of Raymond J. Ortwein of Hellertown PA, Roxanne M. wife of Gary L. Hausman of Allentown PA and Kimberlee A. wife of Jeffrey C. Kluska of Bethlehem PA; and Grandchildren, R.J. and Heather A. Ortwein, Chris M. and Jennifer M. Hausman, and Jason C. and Matthew T. Kluska. Services: Family and friends are invited to call 11 a.m. - 12 noon Friday, April 17, 2009 at the Christ Lutheran Church, 69 Main Street, Hellertown followed by the service at 12 noon with the Reverend Phillip C. Spohn, Officiating. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown is in charge of arrangements.
