Phyllis G. DeBoer, 80, of Forks Township, died Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Easton Hospital, Wilson Borough. She is the wife of Ray DeBoer.

Born in Lower Saucon Twp. on August 24,1929 to the late Noah and Leola (Cawley) Adams. Phyllis worked at Warren Hospital as a monitor tech for 12 years retiring in 1992.

Survivors: In addition to her loving Husband of 53 years; Sons, Clarence F. Fox and his wife Rose of Bangor and Rodney J. Fox of Forks Twp.; Daughter, Barbara A. Fox of Bethlehem; 5 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.

Services: Family and friends are invited to call 1 - 2 p.m. Sunday at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown followed by the service at 2 p.m.
