Eleanor L. (German) Bakley, age 78, of R.R.#2, Meshoppen PA, formerly of Coopersburg PA, died Sunday, November 3, 2002 in the Tyler Memorial Hospital, Tunkhannock PA. She was the Widow of the late Frederick A. Bakley .

Born in Whitehall Township PA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer E. and Sophia (Valora) German. She was a Short Order Cook for the former Village Inn in South Whitehall Township for 28 years before retiring in 1978.

She is survived by her Daughters, Bernice E., wife of Arjay R. Frantz, Jr. of Slatington PA, Diane E., wife of Edward R. Miller with whom she resided, Louise A. Krueger of Coopersburg PA and Virginia H., wife of Richard P. Ringer of Slatington PA; Son, Stanley C. Bakley ov Las Vegas, NV; Sister, Lorraine M. Donald of Lynchburg VA; Brother, Theodore C. German of Allentown PA; 13 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 07, 2002 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville PA. Family and Friends may Call 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Funeral Home. The Reverend Dr. David Charles Smith officiating. Interment in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown PA.
