Edwin C. Yons, 95, of Bethlehem died Sunday, May 9, 2010 at his residence. He is the husband of Doris I. (Wetzel) Yons.

Born in Bingen on May 5, 1915 to the late William E. and Lydia (Thomas) Yons. Edwin worked at the former Bethlehem Steel as a Laborer for 40 years until retiring.

Survivors: In addition to his loving wife of 38 years; Step-Son: Bruce A. and his wife Catherine Kutz of Pittsburgh; Step-Daughter: Judith E. Angstadt of Oley; 5 Step-Grandchildren and 8 Step-Great Grandchildren.

Services: Private Service will be held at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown, with the Rev. Merrill Marisseau officiating. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown is in charge of arrangements.
