Horace E. Harrington, Sr., 89, formerly of Portsmouth, VA, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall Twp. He is the husband of the late Eva (Newsome) Harrington.

Born in Lewiston, NC on February 11, 1921 to the late Henry Grady and Lillian (Nurney) Harrington. Horace was a Quality Assurance Inspector at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He served his country honorably in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean War.

Services: Service will be held in Portsmouth, VA. Local arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. Hellertown.
