Betty Jane Shankweiler, 83 years, of Slatington, formerly of Allentown, died peacefully on Wednesday, September 8, 2010, in the home of her granddaughter.

Survivors: In addition to her loving husband Robert Shankweiler, Jr.; daughter, Theresa A. wife of Robert Hall, of Walnutport; granddaughter, Christina wife of Eric Krapf, of Slatington; great granddaughters, Maxxie and Hallie.

Services: Private, at the convenience of the family.
