Marian T. (Thatcher) Elly, age 86, of Westminster Village, Allentown PA, formerly of Birch Rd., Hellertown PA, died Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at Westminster Village. She was the Widow of the late Leonard Parker Elly.

Born in Philadelphia PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard P. and Marian S. (Shuman) Thatcher. She was a Member of Mountainview Moravian Church, Hellertown PA, where she was a former Organist and Choir Director. She was also a former Pianist at Kirkland Village, Bethlehem PA and Westminster Village, Allentown PA.

She is survived by her Daughter, Susan E. Hutchens of Virginia Beach VA and Marilen E. Reed of Hellertown PA; Sisters, Elizabeth T. Hill of Southampton PA and Beatrice T. Ewald of Southampton PA; 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 31, 2004 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. There will be no calling hours. Interment in Union Cemetery of Hellertown PA.
