Michael S. Erceg, age 80, of Freemansburg PA, died Thursday, June 8, 2006 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. He is the husband of Vivian R. (Stiranko) Erceg.

Born in Freemansburg PA, he is the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Domyon) Erceg. Michael worked in the Blast Furance Division of the Bethlehem Steel for 35 years until retiring. He served this country honorably during World War II in the United States Navy.

In addition to his loving wife of 56 years last July, he is survived by his Daughters, Michelle R. of Fountain Hill PA, Linda D., wife of James Schlicher of Columbia MO and Robin I., wife of Lee Bowman of Freemansburg PA; Brothers, Anthony of Coplay PA, John of Bethlehem PA and Benjamin and Peter, both of Freemansburg PA; Sisters, Katherine Fischer of Freemansburg PA and Theresa of Bethlehem PA; 6 Grandsons and 1 Great Granddaughter.

Services will be Private and at the convenience of the Family. There are no Calling Hours. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown PA is assisting this family.
