Hannah P. (Hoffman) Baer, age 100, formerly of Schnecksville PA, died Saturday, September 2, 2006 in The Phoebe Home, Allentown PA, where she had been a resident. She was the wife of the late Alton R. Baer.

Born in Ballietsville PA, Hannah was the daughter of the late Herbert and Pearl (Hoffman) Hoffman. She was the Co-Owner with her late husband of the former Baer's Luncheonette & Store in Allentown from 1948 - 1984. Prior to that, she worked as a Floor Lady for the former Beckerman's Factory in Allentown. She was a Member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs PA.

She is survived by her Daughter, Mary Ann L. Held of Emmaus PA; Granddaughters, Donna A. Reisinger and her husband Charles and Diane N. Krause and her husband Heinrick; Great Grandsons, Kyle and Kevin; and several Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 8, 2006 in the Union United Church of Christ, 5550 Route 873, Neffs. Family and Friends may call 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Church. Interment will follow the service in Union Church Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Schnecksville PA.
