Rachel B. (Klotz) Neff, age 92, formerly of Allentown PA, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007 in Whitehall Manor where she has been residing. She was the wife of the late Floyd E. Neff.

Born in North Whitehall Township PA, May 13, 1914, Rachel was the daughter of the late Nathaniel C. Klotz and Beulah T. (Peters) Kern Klotz. She was employed as a Supervisor for the M.W. Wood Dining Services at Muhlenberg College for 17 years before retiring. Rachel was a former Member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Allentown PA.

She is survived by her Sons, Donald F. Neff and his wife Charlotte of Allentown PA and Gerald B. Neff and his wife Patricia of Northampton PA; Brother, Lawrence H. Klotz of Schnecksville PA; 4 Grandchildren; and 8 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am. Monday, April 30, 2007 in St. John's United Church of Christ (Howertown), 22 Atlas Road, Northampton, with the Reverend Cliff F. Herring, Jr. officiating. Family and Friends may call 9:30 - 10:30 am. Monday in the Church. Interment will follow the service at Grandview Cemetery, Allentown PA. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Schnecksville PA.
