Linda,

What can someone really say when you lose one of your own kids. You must be devastated. My sincerest heartfelt sorrow for your loss of Michael. It doesn't appear to have been a surprise and seems like you got to spend more time with him than you perhaps normally have would, though maybe not the best under the circumstances. I wish I could give you answers or advice that would fix everything, but I have none give nor is it my place to give it. I can't be there to share your grief, but please know that I am thinking of you on this day wishing to stand behind you with my hands on your shoulders.

I will call you later this week, if that is ok.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Michael's family. I remember Michael as a baby, at the home of his great-grandmother Sell on a Christmas Eve when all the relatives met. He was the same age as my son---one of the five or six great-grandchildren born within a six month period. I can't imagine the great loss you must be feeling. My prayers are you.

Dear Linda, Shawn and Shannon,

We are sorry for your pain. We remember Mike as being a fun loving kid who liked to watch all his sports on TV. As sadness overtakes us at this time of great loss, love can build a bridge of sweet and cherished memories that will keep us connected to those we so dearly miss. We wish healing in your heart and peace in your spirit as time passes.

Love to all,
Sandi and Cliff
