Dennis C. "Chef" Unangst, age 33, of Coleman Street, Bethlehem PA, died Saturday, August 28, 2004 in Upper Saucon Township.

Born in Fountain Hill PA, he was the son of Linda L. Delong of Allentown PA and the late Dennis C. Unangst Sr. He was Chef of the Sunset Grill, Allentown PA for the past 2 months. He also Owned and Operated Dennis's Restaurant, Coopersburg PA. He was a Class of 1988 graduate of Parkland High School, known to his friends as "Butch". He was a Member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Bethlehem PA; the Coopersburg Dart League; and the Coopersburg Volunteer Fire Co.

He is survived by his Mother; Brother, Harry A.L. Chaney of Allentown PA; Sister, Tami J. Unangst of Union Bridge MD; Nieces, Amaranth K. Unangst-Stejskal, Ksandra A. Unangst-Stejskal, S. Emily Unangst; Maternal Grandparents, Gloria A. (Buser) and Lester A. DeLong of Orefield PA; and Paternal Grandmother, Ferne M. (Sherk) Unangst of Bethlehem Township PA.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 1, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. Family and friends may call 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Interment at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
