Mary A. (Gritz) Young, age 47, of South 17th Street, Easton PA, died Saturday March 6, 2004 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township PA. She was the Wife of Thomas J. Young. The couple celebrated their 19th Wedding Anniversary last June.

Born in Bethlehem PA, she was the daughter of Mary C. (Alvarez) Gritz of Hellertown PA and the late John E. Gritz, 2003. She was an Licensed Practical Nurse at Gracedale in Nazareth PA for the past 4 years. She previously worked at ManorCare, Palmer Township PA in the same capacity. She was a Class of 1986 Graduate of Northampton County Community College. She was of the Catholic Faith.

She is survived by her Husband and Mother; and Brother, Gary J. Gritz of Coopersburg PA.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2004 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. Family and Friends may call 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Funeral Home. Interment in Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
