Randal A. Yoder, age 46, of Coopersburg PA, formerly of San Diego CA and Indianapolis IN, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 8, 2005 in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia PA.

Born in Fountain Hill PA, he was the son of Ralph S. and Mercyna M. (Leonard) Yoder of Coopersburg PA. Randy was a 1977 graduate of Southern Lehigh High School, where he was Class President. He graduated from Clarion State College in 1980 with a degree in German, which he used while living and working in Germany. He was employed by Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis for 21 years. While there, he earned his MBA from Butler University in 1989. Randy enjoyed living in San Diego for three years before returning home last summer. Randy is remembered by many for his kind, gentle nature and generosity. He cherished friendships and family relationships. He loved his four nieces and was Molly's Godfather. Among Randy's interests, he enjoyed traveling, especially to Europe and his annual Ski Trips to the West. Randy was a Member of Zion Evangelical U.C.C., Indianapolis IN and a former Member of Lower Saucon U.C.C., Hellertown PA.

He is survived by his Parents; Life Partner of 19 years, Mark Anguiano of San Diego CA; Brother The Reverend Ralph S. Yoder, Jr. and his wife Grace of Wilmore KY; Sister, Colleen C. Horlacher and her husband Glenn of Schnecksville PA; Maternal Grandmother, Elizabeth (Klotz) Leonard of Bethlehem PA; 4 Nieces, 2 in Kentucky and Kelly and Molly in Schnecksville PA; and Supportive and Close Friend Cathy Swanson of Harleysville PA.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday in the Lower Saucon United Church of Christ, 1375 Third Avenue, Hellertown. Family and Friends may call 10:00 a.m. - 11 a.m. Friday in the Church. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Hellertown PA.
