Clair M. Ortt, age 78, of Allentown PA, formerly of Quakertown PA, died Friday, February 4, 2005 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA.

Born in Allentown PA, Clair was the son of the late Melvin and Alice (Miller) Ortt. He worked for the former Western Electric, Allentown PA for 39 years as a Layout Operator. He served his country faithfully during World War II in the United States Army.

He is survived by his Daughters, Christine O., wife of Richard C. Shollenberger Jr. of Elmhurst IL and Kathleen M., wife of David J. Folenta of Hellertown PA; Brother, Eugene of Trumbauersville PA; Sisters, Evelyn Smoll of Quakertown PA, Betty Taylor of Doylestown PA and Diane, wife of Jerry Landis of Quakertown PA; and 4 Grandchildren, Emily Folenta, Matthew Folenta, Victor Shollenberger and Calvin Shollenberger.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at the Christ Lutheran Church, 69 Main Street, Hellertown PA followed by the interment at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Family and Friends may call one hour prior to services in the Church. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Hellertown PA.
