Verna M. (Correll) Tabernigg, age 78, of Coplay PA, died Friday, January 7, 2005 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg, Bethlehem PA. She was the wife of the late Arnold A. Tabernigg.

Born in North Whitehall Township PA, Verna was the daughter of the late Herman L. and Esther M. (Oswald) Correll. She was a very caring, patient and loving Wife, Mother and Sister. She was a Member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs PA.

She is survived by her Daughter, Judith E., wife of Daniel Boardman of Coos Bay OR; Sister, Barbara A. wife, of Darrell R. Merkel of Catasauqua PA; 5 Grandchildren, Cori Martinez, Herb Boardman, Holly Boardman, Jade Boardman and Heather Boardman; Great Granddaughter, Cierra Martinez; Niece, Michelle A. Brown; and 3 Nephews, David K. Merkel, James S. Correll and Richard L. Correll.

Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2005 in Union United Church of Christ, 5550 Route 873, Neffs PA. Family and Friends may Call 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville PA.
