Joseph R. Lahn, age 74, of Schnecksville PA, died Friday, March 31, 2006 in his home. He was the husband of Betty J. Chapman. The couple celebrated their 44th Wedding Anniversary last June.

Born in Philadelphia PA, Joseph was the son of the late Alfred and Ada (English) Lahn. He worked at Spirax / Sarco, formerly located in Allentown PA for 20 years as a Laborer before retiring in 1994. Prior to that, he worked at the former Lehigh Valley Dairy in Allentown for 18 years. He was a Member of the Trinity Wesleyan Church, Allentown.

He is survived by his Wife; Son, Robert J. Lahn and his wife Rhonda of Stuart VA; Daughters, Nancy A. Daugherty and her husband Ernest of Gahanna OH and Bonnie J. Craft of Schnecksville PA; Brother, Elwood Lahn of Doylestown PA; 9 and Grandchildren.

Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2006 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville PA with the Reverend Douglas E. Heckman, Sr. officiating. Family and Friends may call 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Highland Memorial Park, Allentown.
