Frances E. Del Re, age 79, of Steel City PA, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. She is the loving Wife of John D. Del Re.

Born in Fountain Hill PA, March 31, 1928, she is the daughter of the late Martin A. and Suzanna (Yenchick) Mish. Frances worked as a Secretary at Lehigh University and the Northampton Bank and had spent 5 1/2 years working in the Billing Division of the Bethlehem Steel. She was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School in 1946; a Member of Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Hellertown PA and its Guild; and an Officer with the Steel City Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.

In addition to her loving Husband of 54 years last June 7th, she is survived by her Daughter, Nancy T. and her husband Mark T. Gordon of Bethlehem PA; Son, David A. and his wife Tammy of Hellertown PA; Brothers, Stephen of Northampton PA and Edward of Hellertown PA; Sisters, Anna of Hellertown PA and Margaret, wife of Vincent Bolcar of Bethlehem PA; and 3 Grandchildren, Matthew J. Luckenbach and his wife Katrina D., Danielle E. and Jason J. Del Re. She is predeceased by her Brothers, Michael, Andrew, John, William and Joseph; and Sister, Helen.

Family and Friends are invited to call 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA followed by the Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. at the Church. The interment will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem PA.
